Delta provides the MTBE regulatory information as a complimentary service to clients, regulatory agencies, and other interested parties. The UST/LUST groundwater clean-up data for MTBE levels are updated through frequent interviews with key state regulatory staff in both UST/LUST and drinking water programs.
