Delta currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Staff / Project level Geologist / Scientist / Environmental Engineer in our Valhalla (White Plains), NY office
Environmental Geologist / Engineer / Scientist
The role reports to a project manager and will support project teams on a variety of project tasks including:
- Preparation of work plans
- conducting soil and groundwater investigations and sampling
- pilot testing
- remediation system design, installation and operation
- data management
- report preparation

- BS in Geology / Hydrogeology / Engineering / Environmental Sciences preferred
- Minimum 2-5 years of applicable experience
- Safe driving record and reliable transportation a must
- Ability to work independently, produce results and with good self-initiative
- Strong organizational, writing and communication skills a must
- Ability to successfully pass a company-paid physical examination and drug screen required
- Attention to detail
