Delta Consultants currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Professional to be based in our Baltimore (Columbia), MD and / or Richmond, VA location.
At Delta we are looking for a creative, energetic, and motivated Consultants to lead the business practice and create opportunities for growth in our Baltimore / Richmond office. This position will be a leadership role actively involved in strategic planning, team building and management, business development, and fostering client relationships for our regional, national and multinational clients. The opportunity for growth and compensation is only limited by the individual’s contribution to success.
Position Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for growing Delta’s Mid-Atlantic regional environmental practice. Responsibilities include strategic planning and leadership, business development, operational and P&L responsibilities, project management, and technical consulting. The position will support existing clients/projects and the expansion of Delta's market penetration with new and target clients in region.Safety

Our clients mandate safety and use it as a primary criterion for selecting and retaining consultants. The successful candidate must likewise consider safety as paramount and demonstrate an awareness of safe operations.Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in environmental engineering/science; geology; environmental management
- Minimum of 10 years of consulting and leadership experience in developing, implementing, and managing client programs across a broad spectrum of environmental markets and technical disciplines
- Strong technical background and proven managerial, marketing and business development skills
- Strong regional experience
Technical Expertise Requested
- Hands-on and management experience in assessment/remediation; health and safety compliance management; environmental compliance/management
- Regulatory knowledge and understanding of regional regulations and policies
- PE/CPG/PG certifications preferred
