ST. PAUL, Minn. August 26, 2009 - Delta Consultants, an Oranjewoud company (NYSE Euronext: ORANW), announced that the San Francisco District and Environmental Protection Agency awarded the firm a contract for the design specification work of a leaking underground storage tank (LUST) Cleanup Footprint Calculator. Work will begin immediately.
The Calculator will quantify the carbon footprint resulting from the remediation of California LUST sites by measuring three key output metrics: greenhouse gas emissions (GHGs), energy usage, and water usage. Over 100,000 U.S. LUST sites remain as open regulatory incidents with over 12,000 open sites located in California.

In 2008, HMVT, a Netherlands-based, in-situ remediation firm, first developed the innovative Carbon Footprint Model.
